Callulu, opens the developer's site in a new tab A Mac menu bar app with eight quiet visual cues. Nothing is recorded.

Callulu puts eight quiet visual cues in the Mac menu bar: a flash to start, a dimming of everything but the centre of the screen, a light that passes along the edge, a breathing guide, a softening of the whole screen to end the day. Nothing is measured, nothing is scored, and there is no streak to keep. It makes no network connections at all, so there is no account, no sign-in, and no telemetry in the binary. macOS 13 or later, Apple silicon and Intel.
