About Caplio

Caplio turns the folders of screenshots you already have into a searchable library. On-device text recognition reads the words inside each image, so you can search for what you remember seeing rather than a filename you never chose. Browse a timeline, filter by category or date, and drag any result straight into another app.

Why Caplio?

Does it move my files?

Only if you ask. Originals stay where they are by default; optional organisation into date or category folders previews the changes first and can restore moved files.

Do my screenshots get uploaded?

No. Recognition runs on-device and search indexing is local, the developer states that images and extracted text are not uploaded for processing, and no cloud AI is required.

Which formats does it support?
