Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MenuToDo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
MenuToDo is a one-time purchase application. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal Apple devices. This license covers all platforms where MenuToDo is available, including macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
User Data
You retain full ownership of all data you create within MenuToDo, including tasks, notes, and preferences. Your data is stored on your device and your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your data.
App Availability
MenuToDo is distributed through the Apple App Store. Availability and pricing may vary by region. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time.
Disclaimer
MenuToDo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the app. We recommend using the export feature to regularly back up your tasks.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MenuToDo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
